Pickup Policy
Item’s ordered online can be arranged for an in-store pickup. At the time of order you must select the PICK UP option button.
NOTE: You must choose to have all your purchases delivered or picked up. Should you choose to have some items delivered, and want to pick up the other items you will need to place two separate orders. Our warehouse/distribution center (pick-up location) is located at: 2801 Grant Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19114 USA
Pickup Procedure - Place your item(s) in your shopping cart and click the PICK UP option button.
- Continue through our "Safe Shopping" checkout procedure.
- After you get through checkout, wait to receive 2 emails:
- Order Confirmation email – verifies we’ve received your order.
- Store Pickup Notification email – confirms the store has reserved your item(s) and your purchase is ready for pickup. It will also walk you through the steps you’ll take when you get to the store.
After you place your order, you’ll receive a Store Pickup Notification email. This second email should arrive within three hours. After receiving the second email you have to:
- Pickup your order within 5 days of receiving your "Ready for Pickup" notification emails or the order will be canceled.
- Call our warehouse distribution center at 215-969-0202 to make schedule pick up
- Upon pick up please bring the following items to the store:
- Store Pickup Notification email
- The purchasing credit card (for credit card verification)
- NOTE: Only the person whose name is on the purchasing credit card can pick up the order at the store.
- Proceed to the Product Pickup area at the Customer Service desk.
- Your item(s) will be ready at the Product Pickup area.
